About me:
I know it's a cliché, but I love weddings! It's a truly wonderful feeling when couples choose to include me in their wedding plans.
I began my career as an Early Childhood Teacher and have worked for the Department of Education and Child Development as well as Education Queensland for many years. Originally from Adelaide, I now reside in Ipswich with my husband, two children, and our gorgeous Golden Retriever. I enjoy the beach, a good strong coffee, classic Disney fairy tales, and most of all, spending time with my family and friends.
In 2019, I had my own wedding and, let’s just say, things did not go quite as planned! Becoming a celebrant was my response to ensure future couples have a memorable wedding ceremony conducted with compassion, warmth, appropriate humour, and moments of genuine connection. I take pride in crafting beautiful ceremonies that feel intimate and authentic, sharing your unique love story with your wedding guests in a truly memorable way.
I specialise in creating individually crafted weddings that are unique to each couple. My goal is to alleviate the pressure from one of the most important events in your life. From our initial meeting to your wedding day, I aim to ensure you feel completely at ease as I craft the perfect ceremony for you.
